摘要(Abstract)：

手卫生(包括洗手和手消毒)是个人卫生和公共健康的基础,在国际和国内均被作为控制新冠肺炎疫情传播的重要措施之一。人群聚集场所内人员密集,场所内人员的手卫生状况对疫情防控更为重要。本文对《人群聚集场所手卫生规范》(WS/T 699-2020)的制定背景、国内外相关情况、主要内容及制定依据进行解读,旨在使社会公众及相关场所管理者、从业者更好地了解该标准的主要内容,推动标准实施。
